PEKK powder can be used for carbon fiber prepreg,high-grade non-stick pan coating,chemicaland pharmaceutical corrosion resistence coating,3D printing additive manufacturing,epoxyresin toughening agent,carbon fiber sizing agent and other plastic processing additives,lithiumelectric film coating,etc.It is suitable for electrostatic coating,heat-press molding,SLS additivemanufacturing and other processing methods.

Electrostatic coating processing guide

1.清除制件表面的所有銳邊和毛刺，防止涂層產生針孔等缺陷。 All sharp edges and burrs on the metal surface should be removed in order to avoid pin holes in the coating.
2.首先用表面處理劑或者高溫對金屬制件進行脫脂除油，然后用干凈的氧化鋁砂對制件表面進行噴砂處理。 First degrease the metal part with surface agent or heating,and then sand blast the metal surface with clean alumina sand .
3.清潔處理過的基材必須加熱至320~350℃并保持約1小時，然后進行粉末噴涂，將粉末均勻涂覆在制件表面，并在320~350℃溫度下烘烤成膜。每層涂層的噴涂時間應控制在10分鐘內，如果表面沉積白色未熔粉末，則須停止該區域的粉末噴涂操作，工件溫度不得低于320℃。 The clean treated substrate must be heated to 320~350℃ for about 1 hour before first coating,to apply KSTONE coatings evenly,flow out the coating at 320~350℃.The coating time should be limited to 10 mins for every layer.Powder coating must be stop if there is white unmelting powder deposited on the surface,the oven temperature should never be below 320℃.
4.重復上述步驟3,直到達到目標厚度，最后冷卻成膜。 Repeat the above step 3 until the target thickness is reached,and then cool to room temperature finally.
5.進行質量檢測，最后入庫待運。 Then carry out for quality detection,and finally put into storage for delivery.

■KSTONEWT/ST-530是經過PEKK特別改性的特氟龍液體涂料，特別適合工業用高溫防腐不沾耐磨涂層應用，無需任何底漆粘結，與金屬基材的結合力即可非常強勁，同時表面硬度優于普通特氟龍涂層，表面硬度高，耐磨耐刮擦，且涂層經久耐用，耐高溫，耐真空，適用于溫度不超過180℃的干式真空泵、工業器具不沾涂層等領域。

■SP/WP-5100為ETFE粉末涂料用底漆，作為金屬基體和ETFE涂層的過渡層，可顯著提升ETFE與金屬的粘合性，使ETFE涂層可在其耐受溫度下承受極限真空，適用于溫度不超過150℃的反應釜、換熱器等化工醫藥器械、電子電器、汽車機械、航空航天等高耐溫重防腐領域。

■SP/WP-5600/5601為PFA粉末涂料用底漆，WP-5600、WP5601分別對應PFA薄涂和厚涂型，作為金屬基體和PFA涂層的過渡層，可顯著提升PFA與金屬的粘合性，使PFA涂層可在其耐受溫度下承受極限真空，適用于溫度不超過200℃的反應釜、換熱器等化工醫藥器械、電子電器、汽車機械、航空航天等高耐溫重防腐領域。

工件加工完進行去翻邊、去毛刺，磨圓所有尖銳邊緣，建議最小半徑6mm,確保工件表面平滑,焊縫需滿焊,焊縫處豐滿圓滑,無氣孔、變形、沙眼、盲孔等缺陷，無尖銳突起、凹坑，所有轉角R≥6
